Beyond The Pines ("we," "our," "us"), provides this mobile application (the "App") to help patients browse products, place orders, and manage their experience with our licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

• Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) patient license number, for age and eligibility verification as required by state law
• Order history and product preferences
• Account login credentials

• App usage data (pages viewed, features used, crash logs)
• Approximate location (if you grant permission), used to confirm proximity to our dispensary or for delivery/pickup coordination

• Our point-of-sale and e-commerce partner (Dutchie) may share order and account data with us to fulfill purchases and apply eligible discounts.

• Verify your age and medical marijuana patient status as required by Oklahoma law

This App is intended solely for verified medical marijuana patients who are legally permitted to use cannabis products under Oklahoma law. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the applicable legal age, and the App is not directed to minors.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
